The latest statement from Jane’s Revenge urges the pro-abortion terror group’s allies to “paint, burn, cut” in retaliation against groups doing pro-life work. The menacing terror group that claimed to be “versatile and mercurial” essentially took credit for multiple violent acts of hate, including arson, firebombings and the vandalism of pro-life centers.
The group described the attacks as “easy and fun” and said they “find joy [and] courage” in committing these acts of terror. The statement also pledged to “never stop, back down, slow down or retreat” while threatening to “take increasingly drastic action against oppressive infrastructure” that “may not come in the form of something as easy to clean as fire and graffiti.” (emphasis added)
The post comes days after the band’s June 10 deadline passed without incident. He demanded the “dissolution of all anti-choice establishments, fake clinics and violent anti-choice groups.” This first warning statement was published by Robert Evans on May 10. The text of the latest statement was published by Abolitionist Media Blog on June 14, 2022, which claims to be an “online source of information for revolutionary movements” that “intends to be a tool for movements dedicated to anarchism, abolitionist perspectives and revolutionaries.
The post contains obvious errors, confusing the abbreviation for Maryland with “MA”, and curiously uses British spelling for other words. The warning also includes a false description of Pro-Life Pregnancy Resource Centers (PRCs), without naming them as such, claiming that they “impersonate healthcare providers in order to harm vulnerable people”. In truth, CRPs provide free services to women to protect vulnerable women and children from violent abortion.
“You have seen that we are real and that we don’t just say empty words. As we said: we are not one group but several. You’ve seen us in Madison WI, Ft. Collins CO, Reisertown MA, Olympia WA, Des Moines IA, Lynwood WA, Washington DC, Ashville NC, Buffalo NY, Hollywood FL, Vancouver WA, Frederick MA, Denton TX, Gresham OR, Eugene OR, Portland OR, among others, and we work in countless places invisibly. You’ve read the communiqués from the various cells, you’ve seen the messages proliferating in graffiti and elsewhere, and you know we mean it,” the purported Jane’s Revenge communiqué begins.
A state-by-state list of attacks was posted on Live Action News here.

“We weren’t surprised to see thirty days come and thirty days pass without any sign of consilience or even minimal self-reflection on your part posing as health care providers to harm the vulnerable. “, reads the press release. “History may not repeat itself, but it certainly rhymes, and we’ve seen stanzas like this before where medical autonomy is taken away, humanity is increasingly criminalized, and the mere fact of surviving becomes largely untenable.”
The domestic terror group then digs deeper into the threat, saying the deadline was “yesterday,” June 13, indicating that the abolitionist media blog either delayed posting the message or it was previously posted on a other website:
Your thirty days expired yesterday. We offered an honorable way out. You could have left. Now the leash is off. And we will make it as difficult as possible for you to continue your campaign of oppression. We’ve demonstrated over the past month how easy and fun it is to attack. We are versatile, we are mercurial and we answer only to ourselves. We promised to take increasingly drastic measures against oppressive infrastructure. Rest assured that we will, and these measures may not come in the form of something as easy to clean as fire and graffiti. [emphasis added].
Sometimes you’ll see what we do and you’ll know it’s us. Sometimes you’ll think you’re just unlucky, because you don’t see how we’re meddling in your business. But your useless attempts to control others and make life more difficult will not be met passively. Eventually, your insurance companies and your lenders will realize that you are a bad investment.
From now on, any anti-choice group that closes its doors and ceases to function will no longer be a target. But until you do, it’s open season, and we know where your operations are. The slavers’ infrastructure will not survive. We will never stop, back down, slow down or back down.
We didn’t want that; but it’s on us, and so we have to deal with it proportionately. We exist in confluence and solidarity with all others in the struggle for complete liberation. Our recourse now is to defend ourselves and build strong and caring communities of support, so that we can heal ourselves without the need for the medical industry or any other intermediary. By attacking, we find joy, courage and remove the veneer of impenetrability held by these violent institutions. [emphasis added].
The statement then sends a message to others who would participate in the violence: “And for our allies who doubt the authenticity of statements and actions: there is a way to obtain irrefutable proof that these actions are real. Go make one of your own. You are already one of us. To all those who want to paint, burn, cut, stuff: now is the time. Go forth and manifest the things you wish to see. Stay safe and practice your cursive.
