(live action) In recent weeks, Live Action News has documented multiple acts of pro-abortion violence and hate crimes perpetrated against pro-life centers and churches in several states, due to the leak of the draft advisory from the Supreme Court drafted by Justice Samuel Alito, which appeared to show the Court’s plan to strike down Roe vs. Wade.

The currently known incidents of pro-abortion violence are listed below:
Alabama: A sign outside the Women’s Hope Medical Clinic was damaged. (05/19/2022)
Alaska: The Community Pregnancy Center in Anchorage, Alaska, would have been “vandalized…with graffiti, a broken front door and nails,” according to AlaskaWatchman.com. (02/06/2022)
California: A Tweeter published by @GraffitiRadical revealed an image of a vandalized billboard from a pro-life pregnancy center allegedly outside Sebastopol, California (05/24/2022). In addition, Its nesting placea pro-life maternity hospital in Long Beach, Calif., which holds regular church services for the women it serves, held its Sunday services interrupted by an angry pro-abortion woman (05/16/2022). Disruptions too took place at Our Lady of the Angels Cathedral in Los Angeles (08/05/2022) as someone attempted to disturb priestly ordinations at the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption in San Francisco (04/06/2022).
Colorado: St. John XXIII Parish in Fort Collins was vandalized (08/05/2022) with the graffiti “My Body My Choice” and the anarchist “A” (see news video) while the vandals sprayed graffiti on the doors and statutes of the Parish of the Sacred Heart of Mary (03/05/2022) at Rock (see news video).
Washington D.C.: Police stopped Nicholas John Roske, who allegedly traveled to Maryland for the specific purpose of killing Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, based on the Supreme Court draft notice disclosed to spill Roe vs. Wade (6/8/2022). Capitol Hill Crisis Pregnancy Center was vandalized (03/06/2022) and the words “Jane says revenge” were spray painted on the building (see news video). On the same day, DC Antifascists Action images posted on Twitter of a threatening message found on an overpass in DC, signed “Jane’s Revenge”. It also read: “If abortions aren’t safe, then neither are you, Jane’s Revenge.” A statue in DC was vandalized and posted on Twitter with the message “My body, my choice” (5/5/2022). The vandals too damaged the seat of Concerned Women for America (CWA), and CWA staff has reported that they had coffee mugs thrown at them in their parking garage, and that offenders were always aggressive and made vulgar gestures at them (07/05/2022).
Florida: The Respect Life Office in Hollywood, Florida was vandalized and tagged “Janes Revenge” with the threat, “If abortions aren’t safe, then neither are you” (05/28/2022). The pro-abortion blog TEQUSTA BLACK STAR published additional pictures. (See video.)
Iowa: A statement purportedly from Jane’s Revenge claims that the national pro-abortion terror group vandalized a pregnancy center in Iowa (6/2/2022). This incident has not yet been confirmed.
Kansas: Surveillance cameras caught a vandal committing “criminal damage” to Church of the Ascension in Overland, where the attacker defaced a sign promoting a pro-life statehood proposal (05/11/2022).
Kentucky: St. Louis Catholic Church in Louisville has been vandalized with pro-abortion messages (5/8/2022).
Michigan: The Family Life Services pregnancy center in Ypsilanti was vandalized (5/11-12/2022) with pro-abortion messages. St. Joseph’s Priory in Armada, Michigan, was degraded with graffiti messages reading “666” (02/05/2022). A nearly naked activist from Riseup4AbortionRights disturbed Mass (6/12/2022) at St. Veronica Parish in Eastpointe, Michigan, shouting, “Overthrow Roe? Hell no”, “Abortion on demand without excuses” and “Overthrow Roe”. The faithful responded with “Abortion kills babies”. A video of the disturbance was uploaded by Refuse Fascism Ohio.
Maryland: The birthright in Frederick was vandalized and tagged “Defend Roe” and also “F*** Fake Clinic” (05/15/2022). In addition, vandals attacked Alpha Pregnancy Center in Reisterstown (see news video) and tagged the establishment with the threatening messages, “If abortions aren’t safe, neither are you” and “Jane’s Revenge” (05/13/2022). Frederick CareNet Pregnancy Center was also vandalized (5/4/2022).
Mississippi: The Mt. Avery Missionary Baptist Church in Columbus was vandalized with spray-painted messages reading, “Keep your laws out of my body” and “Girls just wanna have basic human rights” (05/23/2022).
North Carolina: Mountain Area Pregnancy Services in Asheville was vandalized with the threatening message “If abortions aren’t safe, neither are you!” (6/6/2022) with an anarchist symbol on the facade of the building (see this news video and that video).
New York: CompassCare Pregnancy Services in Buffalo was fire and tagged with the message “Jane was there” (watch news video). Since more than 600 pro-life pregnancy centers nationwide are using their material, CompassCare believes they will be targeted more and sent an email that read in part: “Sources monitoring the social media pages of Abortion activists reported several comments encouraging followers to locate the home of CompassCare CEO Jim Harden. Harden’s wife and young children moved out yesterday, as police monitor suspicious activity at their home” (6/7/2022). In addition to these incidents, a vulgar pro-abortion protest took place at St. Patrick’s Cathedral which also received threats to bomb and set fire to the church (07/05/2022).
Oregon: In Gresham, the First Image pro-life pregnancy center in the greater Portland area (6/11/2022) was ignite (news video). A Molotov cocktail was thrown in the offices of Oregon Right to Life (5/8/2022). Twitter username @rubyfire77 job images 05/27/2022 of pro-abortion graffiti messages spray painted on the Dove Medical Clinic in Eugene, Oregon, vandalized and spray painted with the anarchy symbol “A”, along with the phrases “Abortion is a healthcare system” and “Not a clinic” and signed “de Jane”. The Southeast Portland Pregnancy Resource Center at Portland was vandalized with the message “F*** CPCs” (02/05/2022). A picture of a vandalized a pro-life billboard with the message “Drop the Supreme Court” was posted (05/20/2022).
Pennsylvania: Our Lady of Lourdes was vandalized with the message “You have no right to decide how others live” (08/05/2022). Additionally, the image of a vandalized The pro-life billboard in Pittsburgh from Pro-life Across America has been posted (05/17/2022). An email sent to Abolitionist media allegedly by a group called “Anti Hope Brigade” claimed responsibility for smashing the windows of a Philadelphia pregnancy center (6/11/2022). The email read: ‘We have smashed all the windows at the ‘Hope’ Pregnancy Center on Broad st. We are tired of your “family values” and you force families and your values on our bodies. This fake clinic spreads lies and is part of a larger attempt to disenfranchise hundreds of women and people. We draw inspiration from the actions of comrades in Wisconsin, Colorado, New York and a growing list of places. If the attack on abortion does not stop, our attacks will expand. It is also meant as a small gesture of complicity with all those imprisoned by the state, in honor of June 11.
Texas: two pregnancy resource centers Denton, Texas, were spray painted with messages about abortion (07/05/2022) like “Not a clinic” and “Forced birth is murder” (see this news video and this one). The trotter’s house PRC in Austin, Texas, was vandalized (03/05/2022). Plus, abortion supporters with RiseUp4AbortionRights disturbed the Lakewood Church where Joel Osteen is preaching in Houston (06/05/2022). activists too spray painted “Pro-choice is pro-life” (08/05/2022) on the front and side doors of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Houston (see news video). That same day, FoxNews reported that two catholic churches in Katy were also vandalized and in the Catholic Church of Saint Bartholomew the Apostle the vandals attempted to remove the tabernacle containing the sacred presence of Christ and the Eucharist. At St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, someone tried to desecrate the Eucharist (08/05/2022 – see news video).
Virginia: The First Aid Women’s Health Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC) at Manassas has been vandalized with messages that read, “Fake Clinic”, “Liars” and “Abortion is a right” (08/05/2022).
Washington: Someone put up posters on Puget Sound Care Net Federal Way offices, saying the facility wants to “push forced birth options” (06/04/2022). Additionally, the Next Step Pregnancy Center in Lynnwood was vandalized with the threat, “If abortion isn’t safe, neither are you” (05/25/2022). And an alleged “cell” of the terrorist group Jane’s Revenge has claimed responsibility for vandalism four churches at Olympia; their message was signed “Jane’s Revenge Bo Brown Memorial Cell” (05/22/2022). Pro-abortion activists lay on the steps of St. James’s Cathedral in Seattle with fake blood (08/05/2022). Options360 Women’s Clinic in Vancouver, Washington was vandalized and spray painted with the now infamous “Jane’s Revenge” badge (08/06/2022).
Wisconsin: Wisconsin Family Action was the first victim of one criminal fire (5/8/2022). See the video here, here, hereand here.

The pro-life law firm Thomas More Society previously published a letter warning some of the most public pro-abortion groups that if they threaten places of worship, there could be “significant legal liability” under federal FACE law. In addition, 16 US senators sent a letter to United States Attorney General Merrick Garland calling on the DOJ to respond to growing incidents of pro-abortion violence.
